Mr. Sim's entrepreneurial acumen and dedication to quality have cemented Simfoo's reputation as one of the premier manufacturer in the industry. His innovative spirit continues to drive the company forward, combining tradition with modern techniques to satisfy a growing demand for wholesome, flavorful food products.

"I began working in my father's factory when I was 10 years old, doing everything from production to packing, delivery, and sales. Over time, I became very familiar with the ins and outs of running a food manufacturing business. Growing up in the family business sparked my interest in entrepreneurship. With a business degree under my belt, it felt like the right path to take over the family business.

The early days were tough—limited resources, no established customer base. There were challenges and negative feedback, but giving up never crossed my mind because I could see the potential in this industry. I held onto this positive mindset and persisted for 10 years. My mantra was simple: just keep going, don’t overthink.

After 10 years of hard work, the company finally stabilized. I know that my perseverance paid off. I'm grateful for the dedication of our employees and the loyal support of our customers who stood by us through thick and thin. I’m proud of how far we’ve come, and I look forward to what lies ahead."
